2. Services

We provide studio rentals, gear, engineer add-ons, training, and memberships. Catalog prices are transparent and may change without prior notice. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Rescheduling is allowed once up to 48 hours prior without fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to one hour of the booked room.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time without refund.

5. Fees and Payment

Prices are listed per unit (hour, session, month, or episode). Taxes and additional fees may apply. Payment terms are communicated during confirmation.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or behavior.
• No tampering with equipment or unsafe practices.
• Follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Client Content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and deliver your content as required to provide services. Our brand, site, and materials remain our property.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any booking will meet a particular commercial outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoniqStage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
